The first flavor is leads you've already generated, including stale leads hanging around sales department and leads buried in your CRM system. The second flavor is new leads we find for you by helping you identify your ideal prospects, then adding them to your current database or to a new database we develop for you. Taking Your Leads to the Next LevelBoth flavors of leads end up in our nurturing program. In the nurturing program, we bring these leads along with e-mail campaigns feeding them the information they're looking for based on where they are in the buying cycle: including educational white papers, valuable reports and timely articles. These e-mails link each prospect to a personalized, branded microsite where we track their activity. When the prospect begins to spend more time with the site, they're ready for an immediate response.
